Attorney Charles Radler Jr. of Cranford, NJ; druggie

The state of New Jersey provided Charles M. Radler Jr. with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from New York University (NYU) Law School.

The Disciplinary Review Board found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Charlie was stopped by the police and later indicted in Middlesex County for third degree conspiracy to possess a controlled dangerous substance and one count of third degree unlawful possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

Subsequently, Charlie enrolled in the Middlesex County Pre-Trial Intervention Program and after successful completion; the charges against him were dismissed.

As a consequence of his latest misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Review Board punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2016) Charlie practices at with Dughi Hewit & Domalewski PC in Cranford, New Jersey.
