The state of New Jersey provided Kevin B. Thomas with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The Disciplinary Review Board found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Kevin failed on at least two occasions to pay the mandatory annual assessment to the New Jersey Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protection.

As a consequence of his latest misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Review Board punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.
