Attorney Albert Rago of Maple Shade, NJ; ethical misfit

The state of New Jersey provided Albert R. Rago with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from Penn State University Law School.

The Disciplinary Review Board found Al guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to advise client of motions leading to judgment against him
