The state of Florida presented Richard Samuel Bach Jr. with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Florida Law School.

The State Bar of Florida found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.
