Attorney James Traylor of Hopewell, VA; imbecile

The state of Virginia presented James Wicker Traylor with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the College of William & Mary Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Eric found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (imbecile)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
