• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to safeguard client property
• Charged an excessive and/or improper fee

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Darryl by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
