The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Kenya guilty of the following misconduct.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Kenya by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.
In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Kenya.
