Attorney Patrick Henry of Baton Rouge; ethical gremlin

The state of Louisiana presented Patrick E. Henry with a law license in 1992 after she graduated from Loyola University Law School in New Orleans.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Patty guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Violated or attempted to violate the Code of Conduct
  • Knowingly misrepresented himself to client and law firm
  • Caused actual harm to employer
  • Bad faith obstruction of ethics investigation (Up yours, said Patty!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Patty by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2016) Patty practices with The Henry Firm LLC at 3233 South Sherwood Forest Blvd in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
