Attorney Neil Kuchinsky of Colonial Heights, VA; ethical dwarf

The state of Virginia presented Jamie Amarie Currin with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of Richmond Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Neil guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conflict of interest
• Acted unfairly towards opposing party and counsel
• Engaged in prohibited transactions

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Neil by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Neil practices with Kuchinsky & Yeamans PC at 200 Lakeview Avenue in Colonial Heights, Virginia.
