The state of Louisiana presented Roy Joseph Richard Jr. with a law license in 2004.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Roy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Wrote check on insufficient funds account (rubber)
• Failed to safeguard client property
• Bad faith obstruction of ethics investigation (Up yours, said Roy!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Roy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2016) Roy practices at 620 South Union Street in Opelousas, Louisiana.
