Judge Billy Randall of Macon, Georgia has dedicated the lion’s share of his adult life porking out at the public trough. As we speak (ca. Jan 2011), Billy is the Chief Magistrate of the Court located in Macon County, Georgia.
Recently, Billy Baby (BB) saw fit to announce that he was appointing the Dishonorable Selinda Handsford as a Magistrate to bench in the Magistrates Court in Macon County.
Judge Selinda Handsford was forced to resign from the bench and make restitution after she was indicted in Bibb County Superior Court on one count of violating her oath of office and eight (8) counts of theft by because she took cash from couples to perform wedding ceremonies during work hours in 2003.
When Billy’s appointment of Handsford to the bench became public, he had the audacity to say he didn’t mention the “love offering” case to the Superior Court judges when he submitter her name for appointment. BB said he didn’t see the need
On Tuesday, Randall said he didn’t mention the “love offering” case to the Superior Court judges when he submitted Handsford’s name for appointment. He said he didn’t see the need because in his view, no crime was committed by Handsford. I see BB, you’re BS opinion is more weighty than that of the grand jurors!!
Apparently, several of the Superior Court judges have become a little squeamish about rubber-stamping Billy’s despicable appointment of Handsford.
Unreliable sources indicate that BB felt sorry for ex-judge Handsford’s inability to secure any employment in the legal field in the Macon area. Apparently, no self-respecting law firm would have anything to do with her. Given the massive media attention regarding Billy’s obscene appointment of Handsford, it appears that she’ll have to seek other employment.
I hear tell that the Wal-Mart located at 1401 Gray Highway in Macon is looking to hire a couple of greeters.
