Attorney Zachary Krogman of Stevens Point, WI; cheating loser

The state of Wisconsin presented Zachary T. Krogman with a law license in 2011 after he graduated from the St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis.

The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Zach guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in the illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Failed to comply with Continuing Legal Education requirements
• Failed to provide clients with written notice license suspended
• Failed to advise clients he couldn’t appear at hearings on their behalf
• Converted (stole) $2,137 in client trust funds for personal use
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to maintain required client trust account records
• Disbursed fees from trust w/o advising clients of intent to so act
• Failed to adequately communicate with client
• Failed to respond to client information requests
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Zach!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Patty by gifting him with a complimentary 4-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Zach practices with The Krogman Law Office at 1052 Main Street in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.
