Judge Andrew Gastelum of Phoenix; ethical elf

The state of Arizona presented Andrew Gastelum with a law license in 1981 after he graduated scum laude from Arizona State University Law School.

The Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct found Andy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to administration of justice
• Brought judicial office into disrepute
• Failed to be dignified and courteous to litigants
• Failed to act in manner consistent with impartiality
• Knowingly lied about his judicial opponent 

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak, (ca. April 2016), Andy continues to sit as a judge on the Maryvale Justice Court in Phoenix, Arizona.
