Judge Timothy Dougherty of Wyomissing, PA; serial thief

The state of Texas presented Kevin M. Hall with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Texas Southern University Law School. 

In one matter, Timmy was charged with stealing more than $113,000 from the court system and from the volunteer fire company he served as treasurer according to the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office.

Investigators said they searched Dougherty's office in October 2015 and seized evidence that $15,251 in fines, restitutions and other costs paid to the court was missing. They said Dougherty repaid the money a day before he was to testify before the grand jury, and after he told investigators he didn't take the money. The grand jury presentment states that Dougherty told his court employees that they didn't need to worry about the investigation and "that it all falls on him." (Matt Miller, Penn Live)

In addition, Timmy is being charged with stealing $97,780 from the Wyomissing Volunteer Fire Company between November 2008 and late 2015.

Timmy has been sitting as a District Court judge for the past 17 years (1999 to 2016). Prior to that he was a police officer. It really must be comforting to the folks living in central Pennsylvania to know that this crooked bastard was in charge of dispensing justice for the past 20 or more years.

All that’s left now is to what punishment is meted out to Timmy the Serial Thief by the sentencing judge. I would suggest that Timmy be ordered to be locked up at the State Correctional Institution in Waynesburg and then assigned to Cell No. 455 where he’ll be rooming up with Clarice (real name Clarence) who’s known to be a very, very friendly guy.
