Judge Victoria Roemer of Winston Salem; moronic loser

The state of North Carolina presented Victoria Lane Roemer with a law license in 1977 after she graduated from Wake Forest University Law School.

The North Carolina Judicial Standards Commissionon Judicial Performance found Vicky guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to comply with and respect the law
• Failed to maintain professional competence in the law (moron)
• Evidenced negligent disregard of principles of Code of Conduct
• Unlawfully found defendants in civil contempt due to their inability to pay a $2,480 monetary court judgment
• Illegally ordered defendants in civil case to jail because they were not financially able to pay a $2,480 court judgment

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the North Carolina Supreme Court punished Victoria by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Victoria continues to sit as a Superior Court judge in Winston Salem, North Carolina.
