Attorney Timothy Snyder of Burton, OH; ethical dwarf

The state of Ohio presented Timothy Harry Snyder with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Cleveland State University Law School.

The Geauga County Bar Association found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Failed to advise client in writing he might be entitled to refund
• Letter failed to advise recipients it was merely an “advertisement”
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
