Attorney Kinsley Nyce of Columbus, OH; lying loser

The state of Ohio presented Kinsley Frampton Nyce with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Capitol University Law School.

The Columbus Bar Association found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, dishonest, deceit or misrepresentation
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Kinsley!)
• Failed to inform multiple clients he lacked malpractice insurance
• Failed to properly maintain client files

All that is left regarding this matter is to see what if any punishment is mete out to Kinsley by the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. April 2016) Kinsley practices with The Nyce Law Office at 1601 West Fifth Avenue in Columbus, Ohio.
