Attorney Stephen Holfeld of Camden, DE; ethical dwarf

The state of Delaware presented Stephen J. Holfeld with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Widener University Law School.

The Delaware Supreme Court found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain required records
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to properly supervise office staff

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.
