Attorney Kelley Cash of Dallas; ethical misfit

The state of Texas presented Kelley Elise Cash with a law license in 1997 after she graduated from the University of Texas Law School.

A panel of the District 7 Grievance Committee found Kelley guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Kelley found it acceptable to engage in the illegal practice of law at a time that she well knew her law license had been suspended.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Kelley by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Staci practices in Arlington, Texas.
