Attorney Lee Goldstein of Wilmington, DE; idiot

The state of Delaware presented Lee C. Goldstein with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from South Texas University Law School.

The Delaware Supreme Court found Lee guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to provide written notice to borrowers re: real estate matters
• Acted negligently in failing to discover errors in loan documents

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished Lee by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
