Judge John Free of Port Allen, LA; lying moron

 

The state of Michigan presented John “Robin” Free with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Wayne State University Law School.

 

The Judiciary Commission of Louisiana found Judge Free guilty of the following misconduct.

 

A panel of the Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission is investigating Stevie for engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in a pattern of serious misconduct
  • Failed to comply with the law
  • Lacks fundamental meaning of judicial temperament (moron)
  • Believes maintaining judicial demeanor is unnecessary
  • Engaged in illegal ex parte (one-sided) communications
  • Failed to perform judicial duties w/o bias or prejudice
  • Failed to disqualify himself when required to so act
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to administration of justice
  • Accepted all-expenses-paid hunting trip to Texas from attorneys who had case pending before him
  • Testimony at ethics hearing lacked credibility and candor

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Judge Free by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension from the bench.
