Attorney Thor Templin of Milwaukee; ethical leprechaun

The state of Wisconsin presented Thor Templin with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from Marquette University Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Thor guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Thor!)
• Circuit found Thor’s actions frivolous (BS)
• Ordered to pay $6,526 in fees to opposing counsel
• Failed to comply with bankruptcy court sanction order
• Failed to advise client that 30-day limit to file appeal had passed
• Failed to respond to repeated client information requests
• Repeatedly failed to comply with court rules for filing divorce action
• Failed to file client’s lawsuit on the defendant
• Failed to comply with terms of court’s scheduling order
• Failed to file response to defense motion to dismiss client’s lawsuit

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Thor’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonition for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Thor by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Thor practices with Lagmann Inc. Law Firm at 230 West Wells Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
