Attorney Stuart Roitburd of Glendale, WI; thieving loser

The state of Wisconsin presented Stuart R. Roitburd with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Marquette University Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Stu guilty of the following misconduct.

• Willfully failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Stu!)
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
• Circuit court issued bench warrant for Stu’s arrest
• Failed to make court-ordered payments to creditors of mother’s estate
• Failed to appear at court-ordered hearing
• Circuit court removed Stu as mother’s personal representative
• Successor representative of mother’s estate testified that certain assets were missing and that Stu had improperly canceled five meetings scheduled to discuss the matter
• Court ordered Stu to repay $43,369.74 to his mother’s estate

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Stu by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Stu practices at 6589 North Bethmaur Lane in Glendale, Wisconsin.
