In November 2014, Joey duped the voters in the greater Broken Bow area into electing him as a member of the Oklahoma State Senate.

In early 2016, Joey the Screwball proposed a law criminalizing abortion. His legislation would have made abortion chargeable as first-degree murder. In addition, the murder charge would apply “from the moment of conception.”

To cement his status as a Raving Lunatic, Joey’s legislation would include the destruction of embryos created in the in-vitro fertilization process in defining first-degree murder. Joey said this asinine inclusion of murder applies to fertilized eggs “whether conceived or located inside or outside the body of a human female.”

It is truly sad that Joey’s Mom didn’t opt to have an abortion rather then give birth to this Moronic Lunatic.

Congrats Joey; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Lunatics”; you are far too humble.
