Judge Andrew Hettinger of Phoenix; deceitful loser

First and foremost, it should be noted that Andy is not an attorney.

The Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct has charged Andy with engaging in the following misconduct.

One of the charges against Andy center on his use of a website that redirected internet traffic from an address named after his election opponent to Andy’s website.

Another charge involves campaign material that did not clearly describe Andy’s status as a non-incumbent candidate. Put simply, Andy decided to deceive the voters into believing that he was a sitting Justice of the Peace who was merely seeking to be reelected.

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Andy by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. March 2017), Andy continues to sit as Moon Valley-Maricopa County Justice of the Peace, in Phoenix, Arizona.
