Attorney Edmund Fitzgerald Jr. of White Plains, NY; ethical elf

The state of New York presented Edmund G. Fitzgerald Jr. with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Fordham University Law School.

The Departmental Disciplinary Committee found Eddie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Improperly made cash withdrawals from his trust account
  • Failed to render proper account of trust funds entrusted to him
  • Failed to protect client’s interests
  • Unable to account for substantial activity in trust account

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Disciplinary Commission punished Eddie by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2015), Eddie practices at 399 Knollwood Road in White Plains, New York.
