Judge Timothy Barnack of Medford, OR; potty mouth loser

The state of Oregon presented Timothy Bwith a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Lewis & Clark University Law School.

The Oregon Commission on Judicial Fitness and Disabilityfound Judge Barnack guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was a 19^th Judicial Circuit Court judge in Medford, Oregon.  

In one matter,Judge Barnack presided over a case involving Richard L. Taylor a serial child molester who was convicted of 21 counts of child sex abuse. Subsequently, a new hearing was held after the jury found the molester guilty. During that hearing, Judge Barnack made the following inappropriate statements.

• Called Taylor “a piece of shit”
• Told Taylor that community members “wondered why he wasn’t hanging from a tree”
• Told Taylor he would “rot in prison”
• Told Taylor “we are going to make sure you never get out”

Even though Judge Barnack’s comments ring true, as a judge in the matter he was sworn to act impartially regardless of the matter pending before him.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Gerry by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. May 2023), Timmy continues to sit as a Oregon Judicial Circuit Court judge in Medford, Oregon.
