Attorney George Vieweg of Charleston, WV; thieving loser

The state of West Virginia presented George B. Vieweg with a law license in 1964 after he graduated from West Virginia University Law School.

The Lawyer Disciplinary Board found George guilty of the following misconduct

  • Misappropriated (stole) client funds
  • Took funds from law firm without authorization
  • Converted monies from a private dinner club to his own personal use while a member of the board of directors of the club
  • Converted family trust funds to his own use without authorization from beneficiaries
  • Misrepresented (lied) to various banks to secure loans
  • Several banks lost considerable sums as a result of George’s misconduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the West Virginia Supreme Court punished George by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2015), George practices at 505 50th Street in Charleston, West Virginia.
