Judge Robert Wommack Jr. of Sandersville, GA; convicted drunk

 

The State of Georgia presented Robert W. Wommack Jr. with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from Mercer University Law School.

 

The Georgia Judicial Qualifications Commission found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

 

In one matter, Bobby pled guilty in Laurens Count to driving under the influence (DUI) and speeding.

 

Bobby Drunk was sentenced to 12 months of probation, fined $945 and his license was suspended for 120 days.

 

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Bobby continues to sit as a Washington County judge in Sandersville, Georgia, but only when he’s sober.
