Solicitor Peter Michael Gwozdecky of New South Wales; ethical elf

The Law Society presented Peter Michael Gwozdecky with a law license in 2014.

The Office of the Legal Services Commissioner found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Failed to provide client with proper cost accounting

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Service Commission punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Pete practices with Commins Hendriks at 23 Gurwood Street in Wagga Wagga, New South Wales.
