The state of Michigan provided Garner Keith Train with a law license in 1979.

The Genesee County Hearing Panel #2 found Garner guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Garner found it acceptable when he knowingly failed to comply with a prior disciplinary order (Up yours, said Garner!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Hearing Panel punished Garner by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Garner practices at 2113 West Vienna Road in Clio, Michigan.
