As we speak (ca. March 2016), Evan practices at 1105 Jasper Avenue in Houghton, Michigan.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Evan by gifting him with a complimentary 179 day suspension of his law license.
