Attorney Mark Swerdloff of West Hartford, CT; serial offender

The state of Connecticut provided Mark Swerdloff with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of Connecticut Law School.  

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Don guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to respect the rights of others
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

During a deposition, Mark found it acceptable to put on a performance proving he was a disgusting bully by calling the witness a “moron,” ordering him out of his office, and telling him “to shut his mouth.”

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Marks First Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received three (three) complimentary reprimands for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Mark by gifting him with a fourth complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Mark practices with Swerdloff & Swerdloff at 61 South Main Street in West Hartford, Connecticut.
