Attorney Gabriel Cusanelli of Branford, CT; ethical misfit

The state of Connecticut provided Gabriel Henry Cusanelli with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Suffolk University Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Gabriel guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to explain a matter to extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
• Engaged in a conflict of interest

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Gabriel by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Gabriel practices at 550 East Main Street in Branford, Connecticut.
