Attorney Grant Niehus of Deerfield, IL; ethical misfit

The state of Illinois presented Grant Richard Niehus with a law license in 1980.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Grant guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Illegally handled at least 12 client matters while license suspended

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Grant by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (March 2016), Grant practices with Grant R. Niehus Ltd. PC at 1550 Stratford Road in Deerfield, Illinois.
