Attorney Kenneth Edwards of Hollywood, SC; ethical gremlin

The State of South Carolina presented Kenneth L. Edwards with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from North Carolina Central University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct tending to pollute the administration of justice
• Failed to disclose material fact to prevent assisting in fraudulent act
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct tending to pollute the administration of justice
• Willfully violated a court order

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary 18-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Kenny practices at 7395 Highway 162 in Hollywood, South Carolina.
