Attorney Michael Koskoff of Bridgeport, CT; greedy loser

The state of Connecticut presented Michael P. Koskoff with a law license in 1966 after he graduated from the University of Connecticut Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel has charged Mike with engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide clients with written notice of any fee agreement changes
  • Clients state Mike’s firm only entitled to $2.65 million in fees and not the $7 million it paid itself after a $25 million settlement was reached
  • Connecticut“fee cap” law limited Mike’s fees to $2,655,000
  • Claimed client costs of $600,000 but failed to produce any records to substantiate the firm actually spent said sums

All that’s left now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Mike by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Mike practices with Koskoff Koskoff & Bieder at 350 Fairfield Avenue in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
