Judge Catherine Ramsey of North Las Vegas; bullying loser

The state of Nevada presented Catherin K. Ramsey with a law license in 2002 after she graduated from the University of Nevada Law School.

Cathy has had her significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough since she received her law license (2002-2016). Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the Las Vegas area was about to offer Cathy a good paying job.

The Nevada State Commission on Judicial Discipline has charged Cathy with engaging in the following misconduct.

• Used her city purchasing card to pay for a lawsuit
• Made her assistant perform personal errands
• Amended charges in cases against the wishes of both parties
• Created or fostered atmosphere of fear and apprehension for the clerks, marshals and her judicial executive assistant

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the State Bar punished Alison by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Cathy continues to sit as a Municipal Court judge in North Las Vegas, Nevada.
