Attorney Michael Anderson of Wilson, NC; lying loser

The state of North Carolina provided Michael J. Anderson with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Ohio Northern University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Filed notice of lien re: attorney fees he wasn’t lawfully entitled too 
• Knowingly made a false statement of law to a tribunal
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Mike practices at 1815 Forest Hill Road West in Wilson, North Carolina.
