Attorney Sean Soboleski of Asheville, NC; ethical dwarf

The state of North Carolina provided Sean David Soboleski with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from North Carolina University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar has charged Sean with engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain accurate client ledgers
• Failed to record balances on checks re: client accounts
• Failed to maintain sufficient funds in client trust accounts
• Failed to properly disburse entrusted funds
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in criminal conduct by embezzling client funds
• Failed to maintain required minimum trust account records

As one would suspect, this isn’t Sean’s First bite at the attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand. for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

All that’s left now is to see what if any punishment the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar mete out to Sean.
