The state of North Carolina provided Michael C. Stanley with a law license in 2006.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar has charged Mike with engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to research requirements for valid lease option contract
• Failed to respond to client inquiries
• Incompetence led to client suffering $10,000 loss

All that’s left now is to see what if any punishment the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar mete out to Mike.
