Attorney C. Caleb Decker of Asheville, NC; ethical gremlin

The state of North Carolina provided C. Caleb Decker with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the University of Louisville Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Caleb guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain individual client ledgers
• Failed to conduct required reconciliations
• Failed to consistently provide accounts of funds
• Did not provide a NSF (rubber check) directive to his bank
• Did not always promptly disburse entrusted funds
• Failed to maintain deposit slips

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Caleb by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Caleb practices with C. Caleb Decker PLLC at 61 North Market Street in Asheville, North Carolina.
