• Misconduct significantly harmed clients
• Willfully failed to report change of address to State Bar
• Fee agreement contained improper and overreaching provision
• Engaged in multiple acts of misconduct
• Failed to promptly return papers to client
• Failed to provide clients with accurate accounting of $50,000 advance fee

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary reproval.
