Attorney Nicola Cimmarrusti of San Diego; idiotic loser

The state of California provided Nicola Cimmarrusti with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of San Diego Law School. 

The California Bar Court found Nicky guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to competently represent his client (idiot)
• Failed to attend ethics school (What’s the point?)
• Failed to make restitution to client (cheater)

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Nicky by gifting him with a complimentary 15-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca.  March 2016), Nicky practices with the Law Office of Nicholas Cimmarrusti of San Diego, California.
