Attorney Daniel Heaton of Orem, UT; idiotic loser

The State of Utah presented Daniel D. Heaton with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Nebraska Law School.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to decline/terminate representation when required to do so
• Failed to safeguard client property
• Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Danny practices with Ace Data Centers, Inc. at 727 North Street in Orem, Utah.
