Attorney Rodney MacKenzie of Calgary, AB; ethical elf

The Law Society of Alberta presented Rodney W. MacKenzie with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the University of Calgary Law School.

The Disciplinary Board of the Law Society of Alberta found Rodney guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly serve the interests of his client
• Failed to respond to client correspondence
• Failed to complete tasks client instructed to be completed

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Alberta Law Disciplinary Board punished Rodney by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $3,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Rodney practices with MacKenzie & Azim LLP at 825 8^th Avenue in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
