Barrister Alan Sellers of Liverpool, UK; ethical dwarf

The Law Society presented Alan Sellers with a law license in 1991.

The Bar Council found Alan guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct diminishing public confidence in legal profession
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in conduct bringing profession into disrepute

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Council punished Alan by gifting him with a complimentary 12-month suspension of his law license and a £500 fine ($695 U.S. Dollars).

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Alan practices at 1 Old Hall Street in Liverpool, United Kingdom.
