The Law Society of New South Wales presented Henry Olusola Davies with a law license in 1979.

The Council of the Inns of Court found Hank guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Hank found it acceptable to engage in a little friendly extortion when he threatened his dentist, Dr. Aril Shrestha by spewing forth an assortment of lies.

Hanks threats involved his alleged dissatisfaction with dental implants that he received from Dr. Shrestha. While airing his threats, Hank made the following false and/or fabricated statements to Dr. Shrestha.

• Said he was a trained expert in medical negligence
• He would win any future case
• Shrestha was required to restore his teeth to their previous state
• Stated the legal principle of restitution applied to the case and
• Shrestha was obligated to return £6,000 in dental fees

Dr. Shrestha who practices in London and Birmingham told the Dental Defense Union that he felt ‘intimidated and bullied’ by the Johnny and that he was wary of treating other lawyers in the future.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Tribunal punished Hank by gifting him with a complimentary £500 fine ($695 U.S. Dollars).

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Hank practices as Barrister, Mediator Head of Chambers at Trinity Chambers in Birmingham, United Kingdom.
