The Law Society of New Zealand presented John Eichelbaum with a law license in 1981.

 

The New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in highest level of unsatisfactory conduct
  • Engaged in wrongful issue of Statutory Demand
  • Misconduct seriously reprehensible
  • Demonstrated he was impervious to the consequences of his conduct
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Tribunal punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

 

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Johnny practices at in the Warner Music Building at 14 Jervois Road in Ponsonby, Auckland, New Zealand.
