Judge Patrick McKay of Anchorage, AK; drunken loser

The state of Alaska presented Patrick McKay with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the Chicago/Kent College Law School.

The Alaska Judicial Commission found Patty guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter Patty pled no contest (guilty in effect) to driving under the influence (DUI). Patty was subsequently sentenced to five days in jail.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Patty the Drunk’s first DUI conviction. He was previously convicted and sentenced to three days in jail.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Alaska Supreme Court punished Patty the Lush by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Patty continues to sit as a Superior Court judge (when sober) in Anchorage, Alaska.
